One Gold support unit costs 1,000 USDC and grants non-expiring portal access. The pass has no expiry date. Additional units increase the recorded support on the same NFT.

What a holder receives

  • One non-transferable Gold NFT per wallet.
  • Access without periodic renewal.
  • A record of support units and actual cumulative USDC contributions.
  • The same token ID and first-mint date when purchasing additional units.
For example, two units at the current price cost 2,000 USDC and record two units on one NFT. They do not create a second pass, add another wallet, or double access rights. Gold does not provide equity, profit sharing, yield, redemption rights, or guaranteed rewards. The contract does not promise a future airdrop.

What non-expiring means

The contract sets no expiry for the access entitlement. This property is not a promise of an unchanged feature set or a guarantee that the service will exist indefinitely. The purchase provides access and supports the project.

Recovery to another wallet

Ordinary Gold transfers are prohibited. The contract provides a separate recovery flow involving an authorized party:
  1. The authorized party proposes a new address for a specific Gold pass.
  2. A mandatory 48-hour delay applies.
  3. The proposed new wallet can accept during the following 7 days.
  4. The token ID, support units, contribution amount, and join date are preserved.
Only the proposed wallet can accept recovery. An address that already holds Gold cannot receive a second token. This is not an automated recovery service based solely on an old-key signature; handling and verifying a request requires team involvement. Recovery creates a public onchain link between the old and new addresses. Moving the NFT does not by itself migrate caller cohorts or other wallet-specific app settings.

Sale administration

A price change requires at least 7 days. Pausing or closing sales does not disable existing Gold access or the contract’s recovery procedure. See the Gold contract and administrative permissions.
