I approved USDC, but no pass appeared

Approval allows the selected contract to spend USDC up to the specified amount. A separate successful purchase is required to issue a pass. Check which step completed and inspect the transaction on BaseScan.

My purchase succeeded, but I cannot enter

Check these in order:
  1. The purchase transaction succeeded, not just the USDC approval.
  2. The purchase used Base and an official contract address.
  3. The app has the same wallet selected.
  4. Demo or Standard has not expired.
  5. Refresh and sign in again if the current session has expired.
Do not buy again solely because the interface is delayed. A support investigation can use the public purchase hash, wallet address, pass name, and error text; it does not need a seed phrase or private key.

Why can I not renew Standard yet?

Renewal opens during the final 7 days of an active Standard V2 period. With more than 7 days remaining, access continues but another purchase is unavailable. Also check whether sales are open and unpaused.

My access expired, but the NFT is still there

That is expected. Demo and Standard retain the NFT after expiry. Access depends on the expiry recorded in the contract.

Will I be charged automatically each month?

No. Standard requires a new confirmed purchase to renew. Connecting a wallet or signing in does not enable recurring payments.

Do Demo and Standard durations add up?

No. Standard starts at purchase. Unused Demo or V1 days are not added. Carrying over remaining time applies to timely renewal of Standard V2 itself.

Can I transfer my pass?

Ordinary transfers are disabled for all three passes. Demo and Standard do not support recovery to a new address. Gold has a separate recovery procedure requiring an authorized party.

Does Gold provide yield or equity?

No. Gold provides a non-expiring access entitlement and records project support. It does not provide equity, profit sharing, yield, or a guaranteed airdrop.

Can I sign in with a Solana wallet?

The app supports proof of Solana wallet ownership, but purchased passes belong to an EVM address on Base. Solana sign-in does not carry over that entitlement; the Solana address needs its own granted access. Login-wallet support also does not imply independent verification of Solana data.

Why does a token have a thesis but no confirmed purchase?

A post and a purchase are different events. A wallet link, network confirmation, or coverage may be missing. Klieg does not turn an unconfirmed platform report into a buy.

Can I trade directly in Klieg?

The current version does not let you buy, sell, or automatically copy trades in researched tokens. The wallet is used for sign-in and purchasing access.

Why is my cohort empty or receiving no new signals?

Check the selected cohort, members, filters, and latest observation times. No events in a result set does not prove a caller is inactive. See coverage.
